libconfig-dbg software package provides parsing and manipulation of structured config files(debug symbols), you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libconfig-dbg
libconfig-dbg is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libconfig-dbg package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libconfig-dbg *
You will get with libconfig-dbg package name, version, architecture and description in a table
